+ Pelvic relaxation exercises and stretches to improve the function of the pelvic floor and hips.
+ Educational videos on pelvic health, bladder function, leaking, and pelvic pain.

Alexandra Trainer

Alexandra specializes in Fitness, Nutrition, and Yoga. She will provide the following in your program:
+ Daily workouts you can do at home without any equipment.
+ Yoga videos for beginners to reduce stress and anxiety.
+ Educational videos/guides on nutrition (meal planning, meal prepping, anti-inflammatory foods, portion control, macronutrients, and more!)
